In my first 2 weeks with LineTen I was tasked with a redesign of their delivery applications. The apps were considered dated and tired looking, the design was by developers. What was required was a product that was punchy and stood out in a crowded market place, one that also provided a great user experience.
UX optimisation & rebrand of the sign up journey
Not dynamic, context lost with some fields not needed due to certain selections. Creates
friction where it is not needed.

Manual address entry added as an alternative to postcode/zipcode lookup.

Loading animation
Added for better feedback to the user of when the page isn’t just hanging in mid air.

Compare icon – moved next to the favourite icon.
Imagery – clickable gallery.
Product name – increased font size.
Reviews – with product title.
Finance blue text – different font weights for less cog lode when reading/scanning for info or interaction cues.
Colours – removed label.
Deal icon – added in teal.
Free gift – icon added in teal.
CTAs – now have 20 pixels affordance gap.
